The business is driven by our Sole Proprietor and Two Estate Managers; collectively they accumulated more than 18 years of work experience in the maintenance industry. They are involved in the business development, procurement, project management and administration of the firm.
The management team proactively gathers feedback, identifies changes in business environment, reviews work process and communicate key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings.
GENERAL MANAGEMENT:
The general management responsibilities for Capital Maintenance Corporation rests with the firm’s Sole Proprietor Shri Yash Pal Singhal and Capital Maintenance Corporation, corporate management team have plenty of experience in commercial and in the contract maintenance business. Together, they bring unique insight into the administration and operation of maintenance services management.
