Work Scope:
The scope of work comprises of maintenance of various buildings. It also includes water supply, sanitary & plumbing, comprehensive Fire Fighting / Protection System, Internal & External Electriication Lifts, CCTV and Security System, Sewer and Storm water drainage works etc. As a project management team for our package contractor, we plan the schedule, organize the resources, execute and control budget and work flow, manage a safety program and ensure quality and timely delivery of work.
